I had the opportunity to taste the Jose Pariente in the restaurant Silenus in Barcelona. I'm already a fan of the Verdejo grape and this did not disappoint me. A nice wine, fresh, floral and fruit aromas.

A wine very much in line with other Verdejos an elegant touch to spend an evening in harmony with your wife or husband! . As a food pairing, I took it with a shrimp risotto but is quite compatible with other fish and shellfish.
